The Mississippi Thrive! project is a partnership of the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the Social Science Research Center. Mississippi Thrive! is a 4-year, $14M project funded by the Health Resources & Services Administration that is designed to improve the Mississippi early childhood developmental health system. Project staff are accomplishing this goal through policy and system analysis, health care practice transformation, and early childhood workforce development to improve early childhood developmental health promotion, surveillance, screening, referral, and treatment.
