Our Purpose

To use policy researchcommunity-based system dynamics, collective impact, and data analysis to change systems through 1) shared understandings of problems and the mechanisms holding them in place, 2) identification of potential high-impact change levers, and 3) facilitation of cooperative and equitable efforts to implement and adapt solutions.

Understanding Problems

How Does Change Work?

The systems thinking paradigm guides how our team seeks to understand problems
and works to create structural, relational, and transformative change.

In affiliation with the Social Science Research Center
of Mississippi State University, our unit has the technical skills
to help agencies and organizations better understand and
address the complex problems they face.
